The Ultimate Roadmap To Buying a Home

With over two decades of calling Hoboken my home, I've not only witnessed its transformation, but actively contributed to its vibrant community.

I started my journey at Boston's Northeastern University before transferring to Rutgers College, where I earned my degree in Psychology in 1998. Following eight years in corporate Human Resources, I took a few years off to extend my family. It was during this time that my passion for real estate truly flourished.

What Staci’s clients say

1
MATT A.
I wish that my wife and I could give Staci 6 stars across the board for her help in buying our first home. Staci is AMAZING! My wife and I were looking for an apartment/condo to buy in Jersey City and Hoboken. We actually went through using a few different agents as we didn't feel that any were the right fit for us until we randomly met Staci at a showing.
2
COURTNEY G.
I did the heavy research for the best realtor in Hoboken and now you don't have to! I started with about 20+ names, contacted 9, and then interviewed the top 3. After talking to MANY of her raving clients (both past sellers and buyers) we then decided on Staci and it was the BEST PICK EVER. Honestly, she has been the highlight of our home search.
3
BUYER
Staci was not our first real estate agent in Hoboken, but she is the best. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us what was in our budget, and just above. As she learned more and more about we really prioritized she found us our dream condo. She is dialed into the local market so we saw the unit when it first went on the market.
4
BUYER
We wanted to buy a condo and were having a LOT of trouble with a different realtor who didn't take us seriously, tried to manipulate us into purchasing a condo that was out of our price point, and wouldn't put our needs as a priority. When he moved to California without telling us, we knew we needed to reevaluate.
5
JACKIE P.
Staci is one of my favorite people I've ever worked with. Her work ethic and professionalism speak for itself. She established trust with my husband and I very early on when I could see she understood our style and wish list and would only lead us to listings that aligned exactly, unlike other agents we've worked with.
6
CHIARA R.
At the beginning of our house journey we looked at a bunch of open houses our first day and met Staci at the first house and then saw her again at the last one. By the time we made it to the last house that day we had been through so many different realtors that we knew she was the one for us. She is extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
